Mitä tietoja keräämme
Yhteydenottolomakkeella antamasi tiedot: nimi, yritys, sähköpostiosoite, toimiala, pyynnön tyyppi ja vapaamuotoinen viesti. Samat tiedot tallennamme, jos otat yhteyttä sähköpostilla tai puhelimitse.
Mihin käytämme tietoja
Vastaamme yhteydenottoosi, teemme luonnoksen ja hinta-arvion sekä valmistelemme tarjouksen tai sopimuksen. Käsittelyn perusteena ovat antamasi suostumus (lomakkeen valintaruutu) ja sopimusta edeltävät toimet. Emme käytä tietoja markkinointilistoihin emmekä myy niitä eteenpäin.
Kenelle tietoja luovutetaan
Lomakkeen vastaanottaa ja välittää sähköpostiimme Formspree, Inc. (USA). Tietoja siirretään siis Euroopan talousalueen ulkopuolelle Yhdysvaltoihin, ja siirrossa sovelletaan tietosuoja-asetuksen edellyttämiä suojatoimia. Sivuston isännöi DigitalOcean (datakeskus Alankomaissa), jonka palvelimille tallentuu tekniseen toimintaan tarvittavia lokitietoja, kuten IP-osoite. Sivuston fontit ladataan Googlen palvelimilta, jolloin Google saa selaimesi IP-osoitteen. Sähköpostiviestejä käsittelee sähköpostipalvelumme tarjoaja.
Evästeet ja analytiikka
Sivusto ei käytä evästeitä eikä kävijäanalytiikkaa. Selain tallentaa laitteellesi vain kielivalintasi (FI/EN), eikä se sisällä henkilötietoja.
Kuinka kauan säilytämme tietoja
Yhteydenottoihin liittyviä tietoja säilytetään enintään 12 kuukautta viimeisestä yhteydenotosta, ellei niistä synny asiakassuhdetta. Asiakassuhteessa tietoja säilytetään sopimuksen ajan sekä kirjanpitolain edellyttämän ajan.
Oikeutesi
Sinulla on oikeus saada pääsy tietoihisi sekä pyytää niiden oikaisua tai poistamista, rajoittaa tai vastustaa käsittelyä ja siirtää tiedot toiseen palveluun. Voit myös peruuttaa antamasi suostumuksen milloin tahansa. Lähetä pyyntö osoitteeseen [email protected]. Jos katsot, että tietojasi on käsitelty lainvastaisesti, voit tehdä valituksen tietosuojavaltuutetun toimistolle (tietosuoja.fi).

What we collect
The details you give in the contact form: name, company, email address, line of business, type of request and a free-form message. We keep the same details if you contact us by email or phone.
What we use it for
We reply to your enquiry, prepare a draft and a price estimate, and prepare an offer or a contract. The legal bases are your consent (the checkbox in the form) and steps taken before entering into a contract. We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not sell your data.
Who receives the data
The form is received and forwarded to our email by Formspree, Inc. (USA). Your details are therefore transferred outside the European Economic Area to the United States, and the safeguards required by the GDPR apply to the transfer. The site is hosted by DigitalOcean (data centre in the Netherlands), whose servers keep technical logs such as your IP address. The site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers, so Google receives your browser's IP address. Emails are handled by our email service provider.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no cookies and no visitor analytics. Your browser only stores your language choice (FI/EN) on your device, which contains no personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months after the last contact unless it leads to a customer relationship. For customers, data is kept for the duration of the contract and for as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to move it to another service. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to [email protected]. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
